What happens to your message
Your message arrives with us and is used to reply to you. It is not sold, shared or used for anything else. The rest of the site has no idea who you are: the tools never send us your text or your files.
Reporting a problem with a tool
It helps enormously if you say which tool you were using, what you expected and what happened instead. If a file was involved, its format and roughly how big it was are useful details — please do not attach anything private.
Asking for a new tool
There are 25 tools ready to use today, and more on the list. If something you need is missing, say what the job is rather than the tool name — that is usually enough to work out the right solution.
